SHIPPING & RETURNS
Free shipping, applies to the continental USA only. For other shipping destinations, we will find you the lowest rate possible. We use Federal Express, US Post office or UPS, depending on what is being shipped and where it is going.
To return your product, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Return & Exchange Policy
When you shop with StaMar, or contact us, for any reason, your satisfaction is our primary goal. When you receive your purchase always check your package for damage. Please let us know quickly of any issues or concerns that you might have. Without your timely contact, we have less ability to resolve any problems. Returning an Item
Returns are permitted within 7 days of you receiving your purchase. It is your responsibility to contact us and get the items back to us in a "like new" condition. If the item you received was damaged, please refer to "Damaged Items" section below. Regardless, with any return you will need to contact us via E-mail first and provide us with your invoice number, purchase details and detail the reason why you are returning the item. For gifted items, we will need the name of the original purchaser. You should hear back from us within 24 hours, as soon as we confirm your purchase. Once you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Since we provide Free Shipping for all purchases Shipping and Handling charges are non-refundable. If you are returning an undamaged item that was physically delivered to you, our actual initial shipping cost will be deducted from the returned value. Shipping cost will not be deducted from an order which you cancel before it has been shipped.
We will only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, send us an email at and we will respond back with all information needed to complete your return. Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return. No returns are allowed for sale items, special orders or customized items. Any return sent back without prior contact with us or postage due will be refused.
We fully understand that shipping damage is rare but sometimes it does occur. Since all of our shipments are fully insured, there are a few steps we need to ask you to follow in order for us to provide you the best service in the case of damage.
Report Damage Immediately. After three days, it may be too late to process a postal claim successfully. If we cannot process a claim, our ability to help you will be severely limited. So, please take some time to inspect everything in your package as soon as it arrives.
Save the box and all packing materials.. The shipping agency will usually want to inspect them.
Please take photos of the package showing any outside evidence of damage. Also take photos of the contents detailing any visible damage. Please remember that many cameras take really large photos - if you know how, set the camera to take medium size photos so you can email them more easily.
